Bamboo has bamboo kun — a natural compound that resists microbes the way good skin already does. Its fibre carries silica, the same mineral that gives silk its slip. Woven hollow, four plies deep, it sits on skin like cloth.
The cellulose sits in the same pH range as healthy skin, which is why it feels neutral the moment it lands. No bleach, no chlorine, no PFAS, no fragrance — not as a marketing line, but because none of it was ever needed to make bamboo behave.
