Questions

Everything you need to know.

Four short sections. Honest answers. Nothing hidden in fine print.

The Paper

What it is, what it is not.

100% bamboo fibre. 4-ply, 250 sheets per roll, over 58 GSM, a heavier and denser sheet than most leading brands. No wood pulp, no recycled content, no blends. Unbleached, no dyes, no fragrance. The cream colour is the bamboo itself.

Bamboo fibre is naturally finer than wood pulp, and we press it into four plies. That density is the cloth-like feel. Nothing is sprayed on to fake softness. The feel is the fibre.

None, and we did not just write that, we tested it. SGS, the world’s largest testing company, screened 545 PFAS compounds: not detected. Formaldehyde: not detected. BPA and BPS: not detected. Eight heavy metals including lead and mercury: none detected. No dyes, no fragrances. What you get is the bamboo. That is all.

Bamboo is a short-fibre paper that breaks apart readily in water. It is designed for standard plumbing and septic systems.

The Bamboo

The plant behind the paper.

A tree takes decades to grow. Bamboo holds the world record as the fastest growing plant on earth, up to three feet in a single day, and regrows from its own root after harvest. No replanting, no clear-cutting cycles.

No. Our bamboo comes from managed plantations grown specifically for paper, and the species we use, Neosinocalamus affinis, is not one giant pandas eat. Wild panda habitats stay untouched.

At a specialized bamboo paper facility near the plantations where our bamboo grows, in a region with decades of bamboo papermaking craft. Producing at the origin keeps the supply chain short and the quality under one roof, and our finished paper is independently tested by SGS.
